Craftsowl makes an effort to make sure every transaction on our website goes smoothly. We adhere to the highest quality standards and provide our items with great care.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are received in great condition and in accordance with the order.

However, if the product is incorrectly delivered (the item does not match that in the order confirmation) or if it has a true manufacturing or quality flaw, we are willing to extend the re-fulfillment of your order or can provide a credit note for the full value.

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery between 9.30 AM and 5.30 PM IST with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and a photo of the incorrectly delivered or damaged goods.

Within 48 working hours, our customer service team will investigate the problem and get back to you.

We reserve the exclusive right to resolve any matter as we see fit, given the nature of our products. Every return or exchange request is processed individually, so we ask that you contact our team for a speedy response.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, our shipping agency makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts, or the recipient refuses to accept the goods, no refunds will be offered. If the customer refuses the package after receiving it or decides suddenly not to accept it, shipping fees for the to-and-from movement will be charged.

If a customer places an international order but refuses to pay the duty required by the destination country and fails to pick up their order from the shipping company (such as DHL, FedEx, etc.), Elvy will not be responsible for refunding any money for those orders.

Online purchases are not eligible for store exchanges or returns.
